International Shipping

At this time, Vis Viva primarily ships within the United States. International shipping options may be added in the future.

Return Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened items in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unopened
  • All original packaging and accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items, as Vis Viva is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of electronics and educational hardware, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used boards and kits
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Final sale items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
